Department of Health

The Department of Health ePlans website allows contractors to submit plans for review over the internet.

There are several steps.

1) In order to use this system you need to request an ID and Password from the department of health. You can do this by emailing your request here: Patricia Torello Adams

2) Next click in the Please Login link and enter your email and password.

3) You will see the system options:

You can list all of your current documents, update your contact information, or upload a new drawing.

4) listing your drawings:

Click on a drawing to see the drawing. This will start up the WebLook viewer and you will be able to see your drawing and the redlining and comments made by the Engineer. Webllok may ask you for a userid. You will choose "guest".

5) right click the image to view the options.

If the engineer reviewing your drawing has any comments, you can click "view redlining" to see them.

Uploading an image is simple.

1) chose upload image from the menu. You will see this screen

2) Fill out the description of the file and then click the "Browse" button.

3) Navigate to the Autocad DWG file that you want to upload and select it and then Press open.

Press submit and wait for the drawing to upload to the site.

When it is finished, you can select "List all your documents" to check and see if the drawing made it to the Health Department website.
